Thanks for the post. I find being really "empty" before I break my fast is showing me what I am sensitive to. I was very excited to enjoy some bean soup but found I am horribly sensitive. The bloat and digestive discomfort was awful. Same problem with grains. I can eat some but I do feel better with none. I discovered sensitivity to corn too. It's difficult to say no to some of these items I used to enjoy. But WHY was I enjoying them beyond the "taste" when first past my
lips?
