Makes sense!! I would suggest trying to find a place that is not
directly in front of any speakers to sit. Also, try to take a "quiet
break" every once in a while so you don't get overwhelmed. If you have
to sit int he bathroom for 5 minutes every hour or so to make it happen,
do it.
