1 pound diced mango -- fresh or frozen and thawed
1 dried guajillo chile -- freshly ground
3/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cayenne
2 tablespoons sugar
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze solid.
Makes 6 pops (depending on the size of molds)
ChupaNote: this was a bit tart. Taste the smoothie before freezing, might
add more sugar.
