When I was having complex partials several times a night I never knew it
until my husband told me how many I had that night. It's harder to
judge this for yourself, especially if you don't have the tell tale sign
of bladder loss. We can "guess" that we had one based on how we act the
next morning, but even that isn't concrete since groggyness can be
caused by simply not sleeping well.
