[epilepsy] Nureologist or epileptologist?????

Got another question for all the great minds here. At this point my daughter is diagnosed with chiari and left temp lobe epil. The chiari I don't question since we have been to see two different world class neurosurgeons in regards to it. Unfortunately our local nureologist we have been seeing for the epilepsy has proven to be worthless time and time again. We have tried to get into two others we were told we're good with no luck. We will be meeting with dr kula at the chiari institute in sept. he is one of the Nuerologists there that works hand in hand with the neurosurgery team. Hoping he will have some info for us since they work with chiari/epilepsy patients daily. Should we be seeking out an epileptologist or just using a Nuerologist.??? Depending on what dr kula says we may seek out a level 4 epilepsy center to discuss a lobectamy. Any thoughts on docs. We ae willing to travel as needed. We are in upstate ny. Epileptologist or Nuerologist. That is the question. Any info on specific docs etc welcome.
Thanks again
Matt
