Millie, so sorry to hear what happened. I had a major grand mal back in June while trying a new medication. For the next 2 weeks, I felt completely out of it. Right after the seizure all my limbs felt heavy and achy. My neuro said the recovery time can be up to 3 weeks to feel better again.

They make pill cases with little alarms on them to remind you to take your meds. I too live by myself, but my parents happened to be in town when this happened. I work with the elderly and know how fast word spreads!
