Yes, I know people are always reluctant to give pregnancy advice, but I love hearing about your experience, especially since you were my age as well! :) That alone is encouraging! I think I'm rather good with vitamins, etc, as I'm a WAPF "foodie" (good fats, real milk, soaked grains, grass fed meats) and also gets lots of fermented foods in my diet. I've been eating a "conception" diet for several years now, in preparing for this time....I feel SOOOOO good on FAST-5 that I really think it will be fine for conception....it's just eating while pregnant I'm wondering about. Guess I'll cross that bridge when it comes!
Thanks again for the encouragement. I'll have to keep you posted on my status! :)
