What an interesting thought. I do have more seizures when I think about seizures. I wonder whether that is playing a part in my anxiety. I am feeling a little less worried these last few days, and I'm telling myself that by the end of the camp week I'll be glad I went. (and that must be true!) thanks so much for the insight.
In response to susan's panic attack question, I once worked with a cognitive behavioral therapist to identify which was which. It can be tricky, but once you learn the signs of a panic attack, it helps a lot.
