I don't know what dose you should be on. I would go with what the doctor's office says and not the pharmacy! But I do want to say that my son is on Vimpat 200 mg twice a day. I say that just so you know that you weren't overdosed to a toxic level. Now it could have been your doctor never wanted to increase your medication or it was too fast an increase or many other reasons you had seizures. But I would be concerned that someone messed up somewhere. I haven't had a doctor ever change meds without telling us.
