He must be adopted soon as he is aging out. This handsome young teen is extroverted and considered a very polite child who is a little shy around strangers at first. If encouraged by his caregivers, though, he warms up to guests. He is on medication for epilepsy but is currently not seizure free on this medication. We hope US physicians could help him further. He especially enjoys model airplanes and also likes to build great figures. He is very capable of looking after his own needs and helps his caregivers with chores.

DEADLINES: A family that can complete a homestudy by July would be able to complete this adoption in time. A family with an unexpired immigration approval would be fine.Or a family with a current valid updated immigration approval would also be fine.Families wishing to adopt two children at once with a dossier already in China would also be able to complete this adoption in time.

3.EXCEPTIONS:Couples may get exceptions for this child, there is more leniency for this child's adoption if you do not meet the requirements to adopt from China.
