Hi Doris, With the summer months comes hotter nights. You mention hot days
in your closing. Was it hot in your bedroom last night?
I ask because our child seizes at night especially more so when she gets hot
under covers or it's a stuffy night. We get a "Medical Baseline Allowance"
(approx 50% discount) from our electric company so we can use our air
conditioner more to try and help control her seizures. All it takes is a
call to your utility company and a form they provide signed by your doctor.

Subject: [epilepsy] Second seizure this month
Last night when asleep, I had a dilly of seizure. This is the
second time this happened since the last one on the 9th of this month.
My husband gives me lorazepam and it makes it so they do not repeat
immediately. That has happened before. I awake with dilly of headache, but
time makes this get better.
If you might have suggestion of what to help with the fear of going to
sleep. This is a tiny thing, but it is scary to me.
