[Prince-4ever] Re: Prince Will Attend BET Awards To Accept Lifetime Achievement Honor [drfunkenberry.com]

 

I became hyped when I read the subject. But after I read the article, the hyped feeling came down quite considerably. I can tell that this award show is going 2 b a complete snoozer! I should have known our guy will not per4m. Other than P's acceptance speech, there's nothing much 2 look 4ward 2. And as 4 the per4mances, 4get about it! I think it's gonna b the song list will b predictable & the artists choice will b horrific (almost). I have a vision of this nightmare: Jamie Foxx & Nikki Minaj per4ming "If I Was Your Girlfriend", Gucci Mane & Trey Songz per4ms "When Doves Cry", Monica & Ne-Yo per4ms "Purple Rain", Alicia Keys will do "How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore", Jennifer Hudson & Eddie Levert will per4m "I Feel 4 U" &  a couple more odd & scary per4mances.

I would kinda like 2 see Beyonce per4m "Do Me, Baby" even though she turned "Purple Rain" in2 a gray tornado at The Grammy Awards. LOL!!! And how about this? Tavis Smiley returns 2 BET 2 introduce our genius. U can say I'm a dreamer, I guess. But overall, this show is gonna b a NIGHTMARE!!!
