Grilled Tuna With Fresh Tomato Salsa - 4g Carbs, 1g Fiber

cooking spray
20 ounces bluefin tuna, cut four 5 oz. steaks or other type of tuna
2 cups cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Heat a grill pan or a grill coated with cooking spray over high heat.
Cook tuna, turning once, until just cooked through, about 6 minutes.
For rare tuna, cook for less time, if desired.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Makes 4 servings, about one piece of tuna plus 3/4 cup of salsa per serving.
