[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Rhubarb

 

Hey folks, aside from the strawberry-rhubarb jam recipe in the files archive, does anyone have some good diabetic-friendly recipes for rhubarb? A friend has is growing in their backyard and gave me about five pounds worth yesterday.
