Guy-
You won't have any problems whatsoever. You may even experience more energy during your workout.
I commute by bicycle 150 miles a week completely fasted and rarely get passed by other cyclists on the trails. I also do about 45 minutes of bodyweight exercises, once a week, fasted.
You'll have no problems. Another good link is www.marksdailyapple.com. Mark talks at great length about intermittent fasting and exercise.
I am interested in how you exercise during your yearly week-long fast. Would I be able to do my normal 30 miles a day ride during a week of water fasting?
