4 tsp (20mL) Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
1 1/2 tsp (7.5mL) Mrs. Dash Steak Grilling Blend
2 cups (480mL) plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup (240mL) tomatoes, diced, squeezed dry
1/2 cup (120mL) red onion, minced
1/4 cup (60mL) black olives, minced
1/3 cup (80mL) feta cheese, crumbled
1. Line a sieve with paper towel, pour yogurt into paper, drain
1 hour, discard liquid.
2. Mix yogurt with remaining ingredients and combine well. Serve
with vegetables and/or pita bread.
