Tegretol was the one medicine my doctors kept me on 90% of the time. Although no medicines worked well for me, I had no side effects with the Tegretol. Because of that, my doctors used Tegretol as the base medicine for me and added/removed other meds when necessary.
Hopefully that's just a temporary feeling you are having.
