Wow, that's a term I have not heard of in a long time. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at age 2 and was told that I had Psychomotor Seizures. However, in college, my neurologist told me that they don't use that term anymore and that they were now being called Complex Partial. The focal point of my seizures were in my left temporal lobe and although medicine did not help me, Tegretol was the one I was on 90% of the time.
The interesting thing with me is that lights, strobe lights or loud music did not trigger my seizures.
I hope you get more answers soon!
