Hi Marie,
Both Migraines and seizures in some way are very connected within the brain. Allot of research is being done on that. And for some reason, the heat is a common cause for seizure also. Everybody differs in at what there body can deal with. One thing for sure is that I'm a big drinker during the summer! The hotter it is the more I drink! My favorite drink is water (smile)! I make sure I drink as much water as I can before going out. For whatever reason the sun and heat didn't increase my seizures like they do for so many people with epilepsy. I would be out playing tennis no matter what the temperature but constantly drinking water! The same with bicycling. But most definitly drink before going out as well as while your out on warmer and hot days! Take care, keep a smile on your face!
