My window is 12:30 - 17:30. Works fine for me. I drink only water during fasting hours. I used to fast every weekend so my body is not craving for food. I'm vegan so fruits and veggies with some rice, potatoes, beans...so far so good
From my experience it takes time for the body to get used to this kind of lifestyle, but eventually your there. Hang on...

I thought my best window is 2-7. My family likes to eat at night. I can stay busy in the morning with just coffee, I believe. What do others do to fill the space before your window? I'm hungry.
