When I did the fast5 religiously, during a five hour window I would eat normally, but certainly not only one meal. Would worry about your getting the needed nutrients from food, if eating so little.
By the way, this method was the ONLY way I lost weight and felt healthier for the effort. A long break in the routine temporarily got me off track. So glad to see some conversation going on within the group. It's helping to stimulate that desire to jump on the bandwagon again! It really does work!
