i agree it is a lifestyle and not a diet. once you get used to it, eating 3 meals a day is just too much. too much food, too much prep and too much cleanup!
I do think about snacking at night occasionally but I think instead about what a great meal I plan to have tomorrow. if I still want something, I will get a peppermint tea. it satisfies my tastebuds and peppermint kills your appetite.I have discovered that I'm really not hungry I just want something to eat.
I eat one meal a day during my window and I eat anything I want. it does help that I want better food most of the time. I eat more real food and a lot less processed food. I also eat dessert every day but instead of processed foods bought at the store, I make homemade desserts. read the ingredients in cookies at the store and the ingredients in homemade cookies. BIG difference!
