you asked if others had the problem with portions and yes, when I first started with fast five I ate a LOT in my window. after all, the main reason I liked it was that you eat whatever you want during your window. no muss, no fuss lol.
I stopped, I re-started, I stopped and re-started again. and now I am on for good. I noticed as time went on I got full faster and started eating less. one of the other posters said something about eating too many sweets. I love sweets. but the point was made, know your own body. I eat dessert every day. I can do that because I portion it. I know I can eat more tomorrow. I have one meal that I truly enjoy and I'm done for the day. if I think about food outside my window I just think about what I'm going to have tomorrow.
