[fast5] Re: New to Fast Five!

 

welcome to fast five! it's a great lifestyle (in my opinion) and I love it. I've been on and off a couple of times but eventually got on board 100%. I've lost 20 lb and that's at a pound a week. it's slow but steady. as far as weighing yourself I think it's an individual choice. some people don't and pretend to not notice they are gaining. if you don't see it you won't KNOW it. others are scared it won't show the loss but if your clothes are fitting better it is working. I think the book says you could lose inches before you see the loss on the scale.

the window is optional and should be chosen based on your lifestyle. mine is 11am to 4pm. that fits great for me and can be adjusted up an hour or pushed back an hour if needed (12pm to 5pm or 10am to 3pm). i don't like to eat before going to bed so 5pm to 10pm doesn't work for me.

the last point i want to make is, don't stress it. stress is not good for your body or weight loss. if you fall off the wagon or eat outside your window, just get your head back in the game and don't beat yourself up. it gets easier the longer you are in it.
