No I'm not the owner of this group, but I am owner of another (UK based)
Yahoo Group.
If you want to send a message or to unsubscribe from a group there is the
email method. You can find the addresses at the bottom of the group page at
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/epilepsy/info Note that you will need to
send from the email address you use for your membership of the group.
Or you can do this from the group page again at
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/epilepsy/info . To unsubscribe, click
the 'Membership' link at the top right, then click 'Edit Membership'. Scroll
down and you will see a 'Leave Group' button. Or if you want to send a
message to the owner, again from the group page, click the word 'members'
next to the number at the bottom of the group photo. This shows the member
list. Scroll it down until you find a little blue crown next to the icons
(this is the owner) then click the 'Send message' speech balloon that
appears, which opens a message window.
Hope that helps.

are you the owner of: epilepsy@yahoogroups.com?
or can help me relay a message to him?
listen: yeah I understand, thou I have noticed a technical error in how well
- I have to tried to send a unsubscribe to the yahoo list.
to see if it's my reader or computer not making contact: or somesort of
yahoo interfirance with the list.
thou as today I noticed action and someone placed a message into the list,
noticing that the owners set-up actually worked, thou I replied and received
a copy of the message I replied from a lister.
meaning no - it's not my reader: nor what that technical thing might be.
but well: if the owner wouldn't want any users to unsubscribe - he can write
back and talk it out with the user that made the request"
but honesty is in fact over technology, thou I thought it was my computer -
not connecting with the list or my reader"
just wondering
thank you.
but where is the owner?
even when you post or send him/she a message?
I thought the list was abbandond.

According to the Group page, there's 937 members. Over time though, in Yahoo
groups that have been around a long time, people cease to use it and their
email addresses become deactivated through not using them, especially Yahoo
addresses. They therefore become 'bouncing members' i.e. the messages to
their email addresses bounce. So there will probably fewer members in
reality for this reason, although this does not stop these members from
accessing messages from the Group page.
