Hi,

And your messages have been helpful' thou wondering if you might be able to correctly direct-me in how or what part of yahoo" I can contact?
listen' thou my tech who used-to work on my computer: at one told me, the windows is outdated - but I really don't think that is an issue.
I can understand and realize: somehow my computer or e-mail settings aren't making contact with the yahoo in a way.
I really think my e-mail is not currently updated in their automatic computer - if at once they did change something - but I never received that info to update with their changes, leaving the emballance.
what would be the correct way I can contact them and like if there is an e-mail that I can send them to let them know: and maybe they can send-me that update or upgrade to get my e-mail recognized with them again?
