Almond Flour Tortillas -  6.1g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 1.1g Sugar

Warm, soft, and with the right amount of integrity, this tortilla can hold any meal or dish easily. Make up your favorite paleo tacos or tostada's and enjoy all the flavors you love in a traditional tortilla without all the wheat! This tortilla recipe is sure to be the perfect addition to your gluten-free cookbook. We all love tortillas, so why not make one that the whole family can enjoy!

2 cups Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour and salt.

Add eggs and oil and mix together until a soft dough forms.

Take about a golf ball-sized dough ball and place it on a sheet of wax paper.

Place another sheet of wax paper on top of it and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.

Remove from wax paper and place on your USA Pan Cookie Sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
