In Reply To: [epilepsy] Re: Why I have Epilepsy?

No-matter what" once you have the first: + the doctor has told you, and medication has been given to you.
don't play with stopping the medication: take as directed - every day, everyones body and epilepsy type is different.
but your body has changed: now after begining the medication: your system gets use-to it.
controling the epilepsy - but we have to do our best"
the unexplained is how it started: and this is the treatment the doctor has given you' to treat it, the best way possible.

The thing about epilepsy is that you can have seizures that you have no
knowledge of such as in your sleep. You could argue that if you take no
medication and have a seizure once every ten years that you don't have
epilepsy. But what does a rare seizure mean? Why would you have one?

In my case I know that if I don't take my medication that within a few days
I will probably have a tonic clonic seizure.
