I have spinal stenosis, but not caused by seizures. I'm in constant mild to moderate pain from it, but other than pain and numbness, I'm still able to use my affected arm pretty well. Spinal stenosis can happen in the neck or the back and mine is in the neck. If it is severe enough, I believe they would do surgery to open up the affected channels and stabilize them. I've never known anyone who has had surgery specifically for this.
