[epilepsy] Re: Ativan question

It's addictive but not if you just take it a couple of times a week.
It's also fast acting and on the long term if you take it daily (I do),
it messes up your memory a bit but it still has less side effects than
most other meds... and if you need it, you need it. Dealing with the
foregoing beats going without it.

re:
Do any of you take it? What have you been told?

Is it fast-acting? Or addictive?

I had one doctor I saw say it isn't addictive, only fast acting. My current one's MA called today and said it is both.

I don't find it addictive and have been taking it a couple times a
week for a long time. I have never craved more. It does help when I am
feeling 'trippy or too shaky to do anything.
