Strawberry and Avocado Smoothie - 14.5g Carbs, 4.8g Fiber, 4.8g Sugar

Be sure to check nutrition on the yogurt for sugars, etc.

Easy, Mild, Summer Treat
Servings: 8

Wash all fruit, remove stems, seeds, skin..

Add in a blender:
1 16 oz container of strawberries
2 1/2 Avocados
16 oz Fat-Free Strawberry Yogurt
1 tray of ice cubes

Mix in a blender.
Best to re-mix before each time you serve.

Servings: 8
