I started Cold Turkey. I am doing fine. I too feel like I overeat. But now
in my 4th week (3.6 lbs down) I am making better choices to nourish my body.
It will get easier. My second week was the hardest but I still did not eat
outside my window. Day 14 the hunger pangs went away. There is a good group
on Facebook with long timers. It is Fast-5 Diet and Lifestyle. Another one
just called Fast-5.
