Cumin-Rubbed Salmon - 0g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar

Serves: 4
Serving Size: 3 oz fish
Cooking spray
4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each), rinsed and patted dry
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum
foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
Arrange the fish with the smooth side up in a single layer on the baking
sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over
the top of the fish.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork.
