Sheila E. will perform at the 2013 Green Inaugural Ball at the Newseum (555 Pennsylvania Ave NW) in Washington D.C. on Sun. January 20, 2013.

This is a black tie event and doors open at 7pm for VIPs only; 8pm for everyone else.
