Kelly,
How did you stop driving and have to let the license expire because of you
weren't able to be licensed?I wonder because I quit driving in '98 although my
neurologist never reported me or any one else to DMV.I quit myself cause I'm
lucky to have never had my accidents with another car or person.I gave up
because I'm scared that if I did hit a car because of me having a seizure which
was obvious enough for that driver to tell their attorney of this. Then lawyer
might look and see that I was diagnosed with epilepsy in '74 and decide that I
shouldn't have been driving in the first place and really sue me.I'd never
reported to DMV having had a seizure,so they'd decide.I still have one and keep
it renewed even when not driving, then I won't need to test again. But I'd just
drive a mile the first day and slowly relearn what the drivers today is so much
different than before.Five miles on day three... Tim Baldwin

Susan,
Nevada is very strict. Though I had driven 18 years before stopping, my
drivers liscense was expired, and they required me to take both tests again.
