But what happens if we don’t?
I mean what are the ill effects of drinking the milk in the coffee?
Thats the part I don’t understand – the difference it will make?

Hi Donna
You are to restrict your caloric intake to 5 cals during your fasting window.
So if your milk qualifies, then go for it. I just doubt it would be under 5 cals…

Subject: [fast5] Drinking milk
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to know if anyone in this group knows what the problem is with having milk in my coffee while fasting for the 19 hours.
I have been doing fast5 for several weeks now and the only problem I have is not having milk in my coffee or tea – so for the last week I have been having the milk and still just eating in the 5 hour window (3 – 8pm or 2 – 7pm)
Is it just because of hunger that I shouldn’t have milk or some other reason.
If it wouldn’t affect the long term weight loss benefits then I would be happy to live like this forever so long as I get to have milk with a cuppa!
Thanks,
Donna
