I would talk to your nero and if they dont know look a dietition and medicade pays for the dietition

Oh, wonderful!!! Any suggestions for dietitions in town? Is this something either insurance or medicaid covers? I feel better knowing it can be done together. Hopefully, this will make him feel better. He has no clue what's going on, so going to have a hard time explaining why we need to do a special diet "superman" diet.

It is atkinsforseizures. com I do the diet with her so when my husband and son have noodles or something else sarena and i have salad we had to have blood work done before starting the diet meet with a dietition i have heard of people starting the diet on there own and not have problems i just dont know i could do that from what my dietition says you have to be monotored

We had a good two weeks been on it for a month i have to say i like it I have talked to a mom who has been seizure free for 120 days on it I just make out a menu for the whole week it was hard at first cause sarena LOVES cerial but now she is ok with bacon and eggs i think the most difficult part so far finding things she likes but the atkins for seizure website and group has a bunch of info

I was wondering if any one could help I think my daughter is sensitive to the sun and heat she has been on the MAD diet for a month she went 13 days no seizures then last weekend we went to a parade and a carnival we were out for about 7 hours it wasnt that hot any ways she started having a bunch of seizures on saturday night she has had a verry difficult case is what I am told by her nero so I guess what I am getting at is how long is a good amount of time to be outside when it is hot out I made sure she was drinking any advice would be greatful her seizures started last september so this is the first warm weater we will be experincing
