trish,
You mean you have epilepsy for almost 50yrs?
Sorry about that..
I believe that there is only one cause of all diseases and that is free radicals. If the doctors classify you as epileptic, then it means you also have the same problem as other epileptic people do. So how come that others are being cured while you are not?
Think about this:
You are taking medicine to get rid of the disease but unfortunately it's like there is no effect. The question is WHY?
it is because those medicines are commonly antibiotics. Antibiotics kills GERMS like viruses, bacteria etc. this is also good but as what I've said epilepsy is not caused by germs or viruses. It is caused by free radicals meaning we have to take something that can neutralize free radicals in order for the seizures to stop or to correct the brain damage. Of course, if the brain cells are healthy it will not produce too much aspartate that provoked convulsion and leads to a seizures.
so what is that thing that can neutralize free radicals? it's the enzyme.
i know cases of epilepsy that has been cured

hmm..epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder that is characterized by current unprovoked seizures.
seizures happen because of convulsion. convulsion occurs because of too much production of aspartate in the brain. the brain produces too much aspartate because it is not functioning well or it is damaged.
the question is what causes the damage of the brain cells. actually it is not the germs or the viruses. It is free radicals or toxic chemicals inside our body.
epilepsy is currable...

Jewl,
I don't see how someone could develop epilepsy after catching a virus. What exactly happened in order for that to occur?
