Grilled Mexican Corn - 19g Carbs, 3g Fiber

1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 ears corn, husked
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
1. Heat grill to high and coat rack with cooking spray.
2. Stir together sour cream, cumin, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
in large, shallow dish.
3. Grill corn until browned in spots, 8 to 10 minutes, turning
occasionally. Coat with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro
and chili powder.
