Hi Heather,
About the allergy thing... I keep reading over and over again that a detoxed liver will ameliorate food allergies
From:http://www.drclark.
Quote: As soon as you sense a new allergy or suspect a new lump, rush to do a liver cleanse
She discusses how food allergies form. I suspect that the cleaner the body is the less susceptible one is to food allergies.
I'll be the willing guinea pig! :)
About the goats...
Hmmm..... Sounds like is better to raise from young yourself! :) I am also interested in the Cashmere goat. Only about 1000 here so still looking. I know our Boer goat produces some cashmere but not too much. Their milk is very superior but produce too little extra to be counted as a milk goat.... might be what I am looking for as a first venture into goats.

So if milk didn't work out for me I would still have fibres. I would have to protect here too... we have leopard and jackals. The little Swiss Milch goat is real sweet. I am building very strong housing for the animals I am planning on getting... rock and cement. I really want to lick this dairy allergy... I love cheese and yogurt!

I love yogurt but find I react to it too. It might be that it is made with pasterised milk and that is the problem. Is why I am so determined to detox.... I heard that with each liver detox more and more allergies disappear.. Well I only have the dairy that I am aware of. (Sugar intolerance is different I think and I just stay away.) This programme is the ultimate way for me to detox because I can do it!!! : )
