Fast5 is not a magic pill. The old equation of calories burned vs.
calories consumed still holds true. You don't lose weight unless you
burn more calories than you ingest.
The binging at the end of your window out of fear of being hungry is
natural and something you need to psychologically overcome. It takes
time, but eventually you and your body learn what you need. Still, if
you're never hungry during your 19 hour fast then I'm skeptical that
you can lose weight. The good thing is that I've found over time
you're _less_ hungry (or else you just get used to it - kind of the
same thing) and therefor less likely to go crazy and break the fast or
overeat during the window.
