Asian Marinade w Fish Sauce

1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce -- preferably low-sodium
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
crushed red pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 1/4 cups (5 one-quarter cup servings)
Serve with grilled Asian vegetables
