As far as short term memory goes, I'm pretty bad! I've been going through allot with this. I really am good at getting down on myself! Sometimes I wonder if I'm not trying hard enough but the reality of it is to accept my memory is worth (choose the word, do we all think of the same word?)! But really, I have learned to accept how bad it is! And that is my tip!!!! Simply expect forgetting and feeling like an idiot. But I don't let it get to me, I write myself notes of course, but come on, I could sit here writing everything down and not living a life. Though difficult to do, don't get upset with yourself about it.
Who here really gets down on themselves big time about it? Talk to us vent out and maybe we can all keep giving each other support on this. If we remember to (smile)! Take care, keep a smile on your face!
