I had surgery over 4 1/2 years ago, and have been seizure free since. I used to have 1-7 complex partial seizures each month, never had my seizures under control with epilepsy since it all began back in 1975 when I was just put of high school. Take care, keep a smile on your face!

Just remember, you are only just one of 3,000,000 people on the United States who has epilepsy, there are 50,000,000 of us world wide!!! You can't tell me we all are failures. Crap, you aren't doing nothing, you are here with friends learning how to deal with epilepsy. Its not easy, but friends you have who can all relate to each other. And, your husband can be in the group also to learn from all your friends here so he can relate to you. That way you both can relate to each other that much more (smile)!

What isn't easy to learn but hopefully in time you might be able to learn, is accepting your situation and learning how to both accept and learn how to deal with epilepsy. We all have epilepsy, but what is important is not letting epilepsy have you! Take care, keep a smile on your face!

She remained calm for me but was scared and mad at michelle. I came out of it and cried.Told Gayle and rob I was tired.I was put in the bedroom to sleep for 2 hrs.All I wanted to do was cry .I feel I failed my family.
