If you like oatmeal you can also add a little psyllium husk into it or oat hull fiber. I incorporate oat hull fiber quite a bit in my baking also. I make my own multi grain breads so add in oat hull fiber, flax seed, chia seed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and hemp hearts. Not all at the same time but a mixture of them. I also switch up and toss in almonds or other nuts. too.
