Cranberry Salsa - 10g Carbs, 8.7g Fiber, 5.8g Sugars

2 Avocados
1 Jalapeno
1 Lime
1 Red Onion
¾ Cup Cranberries
Fresh Cilantro
2 tsp Honey
Sweet Potato Chips

In a medium bowl combine juice of one lime, honey, 1 minced jalapeno and ¼ cup chopped onions. Add avocados, halved cranberries and fresh cilantro. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with sweet potato chips.

For best results, drain cranberries well.
