Hi Carol,
As epileptics we have a different view of the world, particularly when we have frequent seizures (I have two or three complex partials a week). As someone with a different view anytime we can touch the world by having conversations with others or getting some organising done or even taking in some music and art to inspire us is worthwhile.
I have difficult to control seizures which means my meds didnt work so far and i have 2-3 complex partials a week. Its not easy being part of a minority group I find, or being restricted by things beyond my control, so sending hugs for you during this difficult time x
