[epilepsy] Re: hi erin here

Hi Erin,
I ache for you. The times following seizures really are hard in numerous ways. My last seizure was thursday morning before waking
and it was followed by dilly of headache for almost whole next day.
After I have these seizures my husband gives me Lorazepam which really
makes me sleep for several hours after seizure. My seizures are always
nocturnal and I do not know when I even have them. Sometimes they
repeat on the same night. Hope today the doctor you go to has some
suggestions to help. You mentioned using a pill box for remembering
to use pills correctly. I have boxes for each day of the week, and
I fill them all at once. This way, since I keep it in obvious place,
I do not forget taking the drugs and at the correct time. The
plastic boxes are really inexpensive and worth getting. Please let
us know how you do at doctor today. Take care.
Doris
