Yeah, we even help with the cost of COBRA. People used to be able to collect up to 99 weeks here, but since our unemployment level has dropped, they cut the number of weeks. I think when I did unemployment, I got a p/t job, strung out the number of weeks, and basically put together what I normally would have collected if I was working full-time. Of course, the economy was better!

I don't know how long he can collect. In MA you have universal health
care so that is why it comes with health insurance, it is the only state
like that. We know how to work Cobra to the tee, since we did it when I
got sick, so that doesn't concern us.
