I'm on this for my second time around - so I'm digging in my memory banks to help here. I was on it before for over a year and lost
30 pounds of the 45 I needed to before a surgery set me back. So now I'm back. But I recall for me I would have to change my eating
habits to continue the weight loss. First it was 'yeah, i'm eating junk and not gaining weight' then it turned to 'i'm eating less
junk and losing weight' then I needed to tweak and streamline more to where I was eating very successfully and happily in about a 1.5
hour window each day and my body tolerated very little junk. I still had my sweet thing but it was nothing like before. I'm so glad
that your husband is still sticking to the plan but I think he'll need to change one thing at a time and see how it affects his weight
loss and how he feels. I would also recommend eating less carbs - more protein - nothing drastic, but I've always felt hungrier when
I eat too many carbs the day before. Hope that helps. - Karen
